Grad2Teach is offering an exciting Trainee Primary Teacher – Early Years HLTA opportunity at a welcoming and supportive primary setting in Rickmansworth (WD3). This is a fully salaried training role, allowing you to earn while you learn, gaining invaluable classroom experience as you work towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
As a Phase One trainee, you will work closely with experienced teachers in Early Years and Key Stage 1, supporting learning, development and wellbeing while completing your Level 4 qualification. This role provides a clear and structured pathway into Phase Two, where you could progress to a PGCE with QTS.
As a trainee, you will support teaching and learning across the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping children develop confidence, curiosity and a love of learning. You will play an active role in classroom activities, phonics, early literacy, numeracy and play‑based learning.
