Role: Full-time, Permanent – Monday–Friday 9am–6pm, alternate Saturdays 9am–2pm

What You’ll Do
- Lead sales from initial enquiry through to completion — including valuations, viewings, negotiations, and post-offer progression
- Take ownership of the offer process, ensuring seamless and successful outcomes
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with vendors and buyers through exceptional service
- Coordinate with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other stakeholders
- Provide timely feedback to clients, ensuring transparency every step of the way
- Prospect, register, and convert leads—canvassing the local area to grow your pipeline
- Keep detailed records within our CRM (Loop), provide transparent feedback and ensure compliance
- Embrace targets enthusiastically and actively contribute to team success
Who You Are
- Ready to step into a role where your talent drives success and your impact truly makes a difference.
- Minimum of 3 years’ senior estate agency sales experience, ideally in West London or nearby
- Strong negotiation, communication, and attention to detail
- Friendly, approachable, results-oriented, and proactive in everything you do
- Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle—essential for canvassing and client visits
- Ambitious yet grounded—looking to build a long-term career in a community-focused business
