Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Salary: £34,000 per annum + £2,000 Recruitment Incentive (paid on successful completion of probation – T&Cs apply)

We're offering a £2,000 Recruitment Incentive (on successful completion of probation period – T&Cs apply) to skilled individuals who join our electrical teaching team. ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll work with a skilled and supportive team to deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment in electrical installation to both apprentices and full-time learners. You’ll also contribute to curriculum design, learner support, and the delivery of commercial qualifications for employers, such as 18th Edition and 2391, when required.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • A recognised Level 3 qualification or higher in Electrical Installations (HNC/HND/Degree)
  • Relevant and recent industry experience
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A passion for education and student development
  • A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive learning
  • Teaching and assessor qualifications are desirable – but if you don’t have them, we’ll help you achieve them!

If you have not taught in FE previously you may also be eligible for the government targeted retention incentive payment which opens again in March 2026.
