Job summary
A construction company in Reading seeks an Entry Level Site Engineer to manage projects and ensure compliance with specifications. The ideal candidate should have experience in Civils projects, knowledge of laser equipment, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. This full-time role offers a salary range of £40,000.00 to £42,000.00.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working on Civils projects on piling, groundworks, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of laser levels, total stations, and GPS.
- Competent in AutoCad and able to read drawings.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage project information to the site team.
- Ensure construction follows the latest design specifications.
- Carry out ITPs, KPIs, and RFIs.

- Ensure the works are constructed to latest design and agreed specification.
- Ensure project QA is being carried out and site diary is maintained.
- Must be competent in AutoCad, reading drawings and quantifying materials.
- Carry out ITPs, KPIs, RFIs, etc.
- Have excellent communication skills and in distributing project information to work colleagues.
- Have excellent problem‑solving capabilities and be able to raise any potential issues.
