Join our team and bring more freedom to people and businesses. In this role you will work closely with new and existing customers, solving their problems and ensuring they have everything they need. You will be employed by a Regus Franchise Owner.

Responsibilities
  • Arrive before the centre opens to set up and ensure all facilities are ready.
  • Assist customers with requests such as Wi‑Fi changes, package inquiries, meeting room directions, projector set‑up and order drinks.
  • Sort mail and manage other operational tasks while maintaining customer service.
  • Coordinate with the Community Manager to plan networking events, write and distribute invitations, print posters, and promote activities on noticeboards.
  • Guide meeting room groups to suitable venues for lunch or wrap up sessions.
