Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a general understanding of AmeriCU’s Strategic Plan and its impact on credit union success.
• Provides knowledgeable and professional service to members, guiding them through financial wellness reviews.
• Builds financial fitness with members by retaining, expanding, and acquiring all types of personal and commercial accounts.
• Uses a consultative sales approach to meet member financial needs by effectively interpreting credit bureau reports, proactively identifying opportunities to cross‑sell and upsell beneficial products (secured and unsecured loans, credit cards, real estate loans).
• Contributes to Financial Center lending goals, including error‑free loan documentation.
• Develops a strong partnership with line‑of‑business partners to focus on member acquisition and deepen relationships.
• Meets or exceeds annual sales and service goals as assigned.
• Calls on book of business, sets appointments, follows up on referrals, and goes out into the field to obtain new business.
