- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across the site.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently to minimise downtime.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
- Support building services operations including lighting, power and emergency systems.
- Collaborate with the facilities team to maintain a high‑quality service environment.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation or Maintenance (essential).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (essential).
- Proven experience in commercial building maintenance.
- Good understanding of general HVAC and mechanical systems (desirable).
- Strong fault‑finding skills and a proactive, hands‑on approach.
