As a Graduate Site Engineer, your job will help plan and build vital infrastructure like roads, buildings, substations and other structures. You'll work on site, learning how to support the delivery of our projects. You will gain hands‑on experience in design, installation, and maintenance, while ensuring all works meet technical standards and safety requirements.

For graduates with a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, our programme offers formal training and on‑the‑job learning, with a strong focus on career progression and growth opportunities. It’s designed to help you transition into your chosen field and build a successful career path. To be eligible, you must obtain a minimum 2:2 Honours degree before starting the role.
