We are looking for freelance Domestic Energy Assessors across the UK who are qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates and are looking for additional work on an ad‑hoc basis.

£62.00 per appointment (including lodgement fee), based on a property with a maximum of 6 bedrooms.

• Flexibility: Work on a freelance basis and accept or reject appointment invitations as you see fit.
• Nationwide Presence: Apply from anywhere in the U.K. You will be offered appointments within a radius you specify.

• Excellent communication skills
• Punctuality, reliability, and confidence working independently
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• A basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate dated within the last 3 years
• Valid Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance
• A valid Assessor ID
