A digital agency based in Hitchin is seeking a DevOps & Technical Support Engineer to support its cloud infrastructure and manage incidents. The ideal candidate should have a background in technical support and software engineering, with strong troubleshooting and communication skills. This hybrid role involves designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective incident management. A degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years' experience are preferred.
We are currently recruiting for a DevOps & Technical Support Engineer to support the Cloud Infrastructure and Tier 2 of our fast‑paced digital agency based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire.

Support the CDA cloud infrastructure environments and Production incident management, working closely with the Software Development and Operations team.
