• Minimum 3 years’ experience in user journey design.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce CRO.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Support the CDA cloud infrastructure environments.
• Manage incidents reported by clients and provide updates.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
