Natural Resources Wales (NRW) is seeking an experienced Environment and Social Advisor to join its Communications, Customer and Commercial Directorate in North Wales, United Kingdom. This is a Skilled Worker visa–eligible role, open to qualified international professionals with expertise in environmental management, renewable energy projects, and sustainable land use.

This is a high-profile, outward-facing advisory role focused on enabling complex renewable energy and commercial developments across the NRW Managed Estate. You will act as a trusted environmental specialist, advising Developers, Programme Managers, and Project Teams to ensure projects are delivered responsibly, sustainably, and in line with the Sustainable Management of Natural Resources (SMNR) approach.
The role involves influencing outcomes from early concept stages through to delivery, balancing biodiversity protection, climate priorities, and commercial objectives. Hybrid working is supported, with contractual attachment to an NRW office in North Wales and planned face‑to‑face engagement as required.
