We’re on the lookout for a Food Processing Shift Leader to join our team and help lead the way in doughnut perfection. As a Shift Leader in our doughnut decorating team, you'll run the shift on the shop floor, support your team, and help ensure every single doughnut meets Krispy Kreme’s gold standard.

• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support the processing team during your shift.
• Production Oversight: Ensure targets are met while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Doughnut Preparation: Mix, decorate, fill, and box fresh doughnuts to specification.
• Food Safety & Hygiene: Maintain top-tier food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Operational Collaboration: Collaborate with managers to improve daily operations and shift handovers.
• Training & Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

• Leadership Experience: Previous team leader or supervisory experience in a food or production setting.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable with physically active, on-your-feet work.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A calm, focused problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work across the full shift rota, including weekends.
• Team-Oriented: Reliable, positive, and motivated by teamwork and results.
