Qualifications

  • Strong estimating experience in the construction industry, preferably with midrise residential apartments.
  • Excellent understanding of subcontract procurement, tender processes, and estimating software.
  • Able to confidently analyze drawings, specifications, and financial data.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, prepare, and submit two stage and framework tenders.
  • Lead pricing process and identify value engineering opportunities.
  • Build and issue tender packages to subcontractors.
