You'll play a vital role in reporting and maintaining financial controls. You'll produce insightful reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Your work will be critical to creating an industry leading Financial Management team, positioning us as a 'Centre of Excellence'.****What this job involves:****Reporting and Key Responsibilities*** Supporting financial operations and reporting requirements, including Trial Balance & VAT reports.* Assisting with creation and delivery of ad hoc reporting to other internal and external stakeholders, such as surveyors and solicitors, as required.* Review and reconciliation of tenant and landlord direct recoveries.* Support others with financial operations relating to the mobilisation and demobilisation of property transactions.* Supporting of day-to-day queries from clients & occupiers.* Perform any other accounting and administrative duties as needed in support of the property portfolio.* Assist Property Accountants & Senior Property Accountants in the service delivery across the team portfolio.**Maintain Financial Controls*** Assist in the monitoring of key performance indicators on client portfolio and taking ownership for timely resolution of any* issue.* Timely and accurate completion of various control account reconciliations & monitoring of funding levels.* Effectively manage risk by complying with company, accounting, and legislative procedures and controls.
