Equans is seeking a Part-time Morning Cleaner for a permanent role at Bath Law Court (North Parade Road, Bathwick, Bath, BA1 5AF). The position offers a salary of £12.40 per hour, 15 hours per week, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday 07:00 – 10:00 am

What You’ll Deliver

As the on‑site cleaner you will keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety, while maintaining a professional manner with all staff and the public.

Responsibilities

• Clean indoor and outdoor areas of the building in accordance with health and safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and operations of the facility.
• Adhere to shift schedule and cooperate with team members.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cleaner, preferably in a customer‑focused environment.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Current DBS (ideally not older than 12 months).
• Ability to acquire BPSS vetting and to pass a DBS check.
• Right to work in the UK.

Security Clearance

BPSS level vetting is required. The post holder must undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks, including identity verification, employment history, right‑to‑work status, criminal record checks, and overseas activity verification.
