A corporate reception management company in Edinburgh is looking for a Reception Team Leader to oversee a busy welcome services team. This role demands excellent customer service skills and hands-on leadership. The ideal candidate should have supervisory experience, the ability to coach team members, and create a culture of excellence. Portico are currently on the lookout for a Reception Team Leader (Welcome Host Team Leader), to over see our busy welcome services team, based at the Gogar offices of one of the largest international banks in the world!
The role of the Team Leader is to provide supervision and coaching to the team, ensuring the highest level of client care and personal service is provided to the banks staff and their visitors. They will be the first point of contact for all team members and will have to use excellent coaching skills to create a culture of excellence, steering to the delivery of world class customer service!
We are looking for a Welcome Host Team Leader with an excellent knowledge of high end customer service, exceptional hands-on leaderships skills, and a proactive nature.
Shifts: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am-6pm from Mon-Fri
Salary: £32,640 per annum
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. They will be proactive, flexible and have a can-do attitude, with the ability to set the example, supervise and develop a large, diverse team and promote change.
The successful candidate must be able to engage with others to create rapport and be able to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
Previous supervisory customer service experience is essential. Preferably, within a similar environment.
