About the Role

Parker Andrews Ltd, a boutique firm of Insolvency Practitioners with offices across the UK, is recruiting an experienced Senior Insolvency Investigator to join our growing team.

In this role, you will manage a varied portfolio of both corporate and personal insolvency cases, working across multiple industry sectors and supporting our Insolvency Practitioners with investigations — particularly on complex and contentious matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong insolvency professional looking to take the next step in their investigations career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct investigations across Administrations, CVLs, and Compulsory Liquidations
  • Assist with antecedent transaction investigations and directors’ duties/misfeasance actions
  • Support Directors’ Disqualification investigations and prepare related reports
  • (Desirable) Handle investigative elements of Bankruptcy cases
  • Work closely with Insolvency Practitioners, lawyers, accountants, creditors and directors
  • Supervise, guide or support junior team members where required
  • Manage a busy caseload with accuracy and strong attention to detail
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in insolvency investigations
  • Strong technical knowledge of insolvency law — contentious and non-contentious
  • Experience working across Administrations, CVLs and Compulsory Liquidations
  • Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Highly IT literate (MS Office, business information systems, document platforms)
Desirable Skills
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
  • Professional qualification (CPI, ACA, ACCA, or similar)
  • Experience using SharePoint or similar document management systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with lawyers and external stakeholders
