Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in insolvency investigations.
• Strong technical knowledge of insolvency law, both contentious and non-contentious.
• Experience in Administrations, CVLs, and Compulsory Liquidations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations across Administrations, CVLs, and Compulsory Liquidations.
• Support Directors’ Disqualification investigations and prepare reports.
• Manage a busy caseload with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
