Essential
- Proven experience managing the delivery of construction or civil engineering projects.

- Demonstrable experience in managing health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.
Desirable
- Experience with risk and opportunity management.
- Commercial awareness and experience working with contract performance forecasts.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, TWC and lift appointed person).
