Job summary
A recruitment firm is seeking a Tender & Contract Executive based in Newport Pagnell. This role offers a salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000 and a hybrid working model of three days in the office and two days from home. Key responsibilities include managing tender submissions, working with the Commercial Team on pricing, and sourcing products. The ideal candidate will have experience with public sector tenders, excellent written communication skills, and strong commercial awareness.
Qualifications
- Experience in preparing and managing tenders for public sector/local authority contracts.
- Excellent written skills with attention to detail.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Able to manage multiple deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify suitable tender opportunities.
- Review tender documentation, specifications and requirements.
- Complete and submit accurate tender responses.
- Work with the Commercial Team to prepare competitive and commercially viable pricing.
- Source bespoke or non-standard products.
