Job summary
A leading property management firm is looking for an experienced Plasterer with skills in other trades to join their team in the Rugby, Coventry, and Birmingham areas. The role involves carrying out maintenance, repairs, and property MOTs efficiently while delivering excellent customer care. A valid UK driving licence is mandatory as a company vehicle will be provided for work use. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits including a bonus scheme.

Skills
Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 plus, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime
Location: Rugby, Coventry, Birmingham
Hours: 40 hours per week

We're looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Rugby, Coventry, Birmingham and surrounding areas.
A Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
