Qualifications

• Hold an ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualification – desirable.

Responsibilities

• Weekly PAYE payroll processing (joint responsibility)
• Process and maintain the subcontractor ledger, ensuring payments are up to date
• Produce Sales Ledger invoices and chase for payments
• Perform and oversee monthly bank reconciliation for accuracy
• Preparation and monitoring of budgets and cash flow forecasts
• Preparation of profit and loss accounts and balance sheets
• Managing monthly HMRC tax and National Insurance payments
• Producing key monthly reports for Head of Finance and management team
