Job summary
A leading energy company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Contracts Delivery Manager to oversee critical overhead network projects up to 132kV. This role involves managing contractors, ensuring compliance and quality, and handling multiple projects from inception to completion. Candidates should have proven experience with 132kV towers, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a background in contract management. - Proven experience with 132kV overhead line towers, including hands-on technical knowledge.
- Strong background in contract partner management and delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
- Good understanding of DNO operations, revenue models, price control frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
- Confident in stakeholder engagement and clear communication at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Monitor contractor work to ensure safety and compliance.
- Handle several projects from start to finish, focusing on safety, quality, cost, and timing.
- Track daily progress and resources, maintaining communication with contractors.
- Keep accurate project records and support contractor training.
- Identify ways to improve and manage budgets efficiently.
