A leading architecture firm in Chichester is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join their dynamic team. You will coordinate large-scale residential projects from RIBA Stages 4 to 6, ensuring high-quality execution and compliance with UK Building Regulations. Ideal candidates will have a strong architectural background, particularly in multi-unit residential projects, and proficiency in ArchiCAD. Qualifications

• Solid experience working on Stages 4 and onwards of multi-unit residential projects.
• Confident using ArchiCAD for modelling and detailing.

• Produce technical packages with a strong focus on materiality and buildability.
• Engage in collaborative design and construction environments.
