We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing team, supporting KOKO, The House of KOKO, and Cafe KOKO. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about social media and digital marketing to make a real impact within a fast-paced, high-end entertainment and hospitality environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution and optimisation of KOKO’s digital content and social media strategy across 20+ platforms. Reporting to the Senior Social Media and Content Manager, you will manage the day-to-day scheduling, publishing, and maintenance of all social media channels, ensuring that content is timely, accurate, on-brand, and aligned with our broader marketing goals. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams and external creatives to ensure content is engaging and platform-optimised.
A key part of the role involves tracking and analysing social media performance, producing weekly insights, and making data-driven recommendations to boost reach, engagement, and audience growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, an analytical mindset, and the ability to multitask across platforms. Experience working in a social media agency environment, familiarity with Sprout Social, and a background in B2C marketing will be highly advantageous. You'll play a crucial role in supporting community engagement, content innovation, and digital growth across the KOKO brand family.
