About the Location: Opened 2002. 49 Bedrooms. 68-seater Bistro & Bar. 6 Private Event Spaces - seating up to 100. Nestled in the iconic cobbled alleyways of The Lanes. Brighton is vibrant with Regency heritage, beachfront attractions, culture and year‑round festivals and events.
About The Role: Commis Chef, Hotel du Vin Brighton. £12.30ph / 40 hours. Permanent position.
