The Commis Chef Role
  • One year experience of a high quality Restaurant kitchen in a similar role

  • Run sections and have good knife skills

  • Passionate about Modern British Cuisine and seasonality

  • Understanding of flavours balance, a passion for food and your own development is a must

  • Excellent knowledge of ingredients, allergens and adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards

  • Positive and kind attitude in the kitchen

  • Good command of English language

  • Strong team ethic, always showing respect for your colleagues
