A leading B2B media agency in London is seeking an experienced Account Director to drive the strategic direction of major client accounts. The role involves developing multi-channel solutions, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and ensuring alignment with client objectives. Candidates should have proven B2B account management experience and international digital marketing expertise. The position offers a hybrid working model with office attendance required on select days.
JOB PURPOSE: The Account Director plays a pivitol role in the strategic direction and growth of our largest B2B media account. They provide a well informed, strategic plan for our clients to attract and retain customers, increase brand recognition, and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty using multpile channels and touchpoints.
The Account Director will have oversight of the day-to-day management of client accounts alongside the brand’s overall media strategy in the context of changing marketplace conditions and opportunities, focusing on key client objectives and best practice.
REPORTING TO: Head of Activation
LOCATION: London (Hybrid working – Tuesday & Thursday in the office)
