Overview

VistaJet is the first and only global aviation company. The German based Vice President of Program Sales will help us expand the company’s sales footprint in Germany. You will have a critical impact on the company’s success by bringing the company to the next level.

Responsibilities
  • Aim to achieve revenue targets by maximizing yield and volume, assessing market potential, and exploiting market opportunities with all available resources.
  • Achieve predetermined sales objectives based on local market conditions and defined sales policies.
  • Develop and execute a self-sufficient lead generation strategy using both company networks and personal networks to generate leads and referrals.
  • Evaluate, initiate, implement, and control all new direct sales activities to improve revenue and traffic results; proactively contribute ideas on trends and developments to achieve short- and long-term objectives.
  • Investigate lost sales opportunities to learn and prevent recurrence; continuously build prospect lists to enhance the corporate customer base.
  • Analyze monthly revenue and traffic results per distributor; take corrective measures to retain or grow market share; include trend analysis against previous years.
  • Ensure proper introduction of Member Services to corporate customers to enhance direct contacts.
  • Continually improve sales techniques and position yourself as a true professional.
  • Maintain ongoing customer contact post-sale for effective account management; conduct half-yearly reviews and be available for ad hoc queries.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure a timely and positive client experience as stated during the sales process.
Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience
  • Fluency in German.
  • 7+ years of sales experience; private aviation experience is desirable.
  • Outstanding service and customer-oriented behavior.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Experience dealing with High Net Worth individuals is a must.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office Applications.
