As a Coating Technician, you’ll operate advanced spray‑booth technology, programming CNC or robotic manipulation equipment to deliver high‑quality every time. You’ll take ownership of process control, component preparation, and quality checks. Your work will directly impact production performance, customer satisfaction, and the overall quality of finished components.

• Engineering background with the ability to understand engineering drawings and measurement techniques
• Experience operating semi‑automatic equipment using pre‑programmed routines
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills

This role is based in Newport with onsite expectations. Some travel may be required.
