A leading music organization in Greater London seeks an Account Manager to focus on relationships with high-value rightsholder members. The role involves understanding their operations, managing repertoire registrations, and optimizing royalty payments through proactive account management. Candidates should have experience in account management or customer service, excellent communication skills, and be computer literate. This hybrid role combines office and remote work to support flexibility and employee well-being.

The repertoire team at PPL are music data specialists. We live, breathe and love it, using our expert knowledge to maximise the money our members are paid when their music is played. At the heart of our team is the PPL Repertoire Database, holding details of over 28 million tracks – and counting. By resolving data gaps, analysing trends and constantly improving data quality, we work alongside other teams across the business to provide a world‑class customer experience for our members, licensees and international counterparts.
Your role is to be laser‑focused on your customer; PPL’s highest value rightsholder (i.e. record label) members. It’ll be your job to deeply understand their ways of working, their key repertoire catalogue, and how we collect for them internationally - and to turn that knowledge into world‑class customer service which maximises their UK and international royalty payments. It’s a role that combines a love of understanding, analysing and improving music data with a passion for brilliant customer service, and a chance to work with some of the most famous record labels from around the world.
