Purpose of the Role

We're seeking a Head of Affiliates to build, lead, and scale our affiliate program. You'll own everything from strategy to execution, managing relationships with high‑value partners while developing a high‑performing team. This role reports to CMO and is critical to our customer acquisition strategy.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute affiliate campaigns aligned with company growth objectives
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with Igaming affiliates, streamers, KOLs, and content creators.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and commission structures that balance profitability with competitive positioning
  • Implement tracking, reporting, and fraud prevention systems to ensure program integrity
  • Analyse affiliate performance data and optimise campaigns for ROI
  • Manage affiliate marketing budget and forecast revenue contributionCollaborate with Product, Tech and Marketing teams to ensure seamless partner experience
  • Ensure affiliate compliance across jurisdictions
  • Represent Playlink at industry conferences and networking events
Work Experience and Skills
  • 5+ years in affiliate marketing, with at least 3 years in crypto gambling or iGaming
  • 2+ years managing and developing teams
  • Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and achieving revenue targets
  • Deep understanding of crypto/blockchain technology and cryptocurrency payment flows
  • Strong network of existing affiliate relationships in the crypto gambling space
  • Experience with affiliate tracking platforms
  • Data‑driven approach with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
