Job Purpose
The Global B&W Strategy & Operations team is a small, high‑impact group that partners directly with the Global B&W CMO and leadership team to drive outstanding multi‑year performance.
The team’s remit spans three interconnected pillars:
Deliver – Facilitate the monthly innovation cycle and global category operations.
Plan – Lead annual business planning and develop strategic communications.
Shape – Define multi‑year strategic choices across portfolio, geography, channel, and operating model to secure sustainable growth.
This role, reporting to the Global Strategy Director, will take primary responsibility for the Shape pillar.
In September 2020, Unilever announced the intention to build a new sustainable campus site in Kingston, London. This site will house some employees who currently work in 100 Victoria Embankment in Blackfriars together with colleagues who are currently located in Lever House in Kingston. We are excited to be creating our own Unilever sustainable, agile work environment. The campus is due to be completed in 2026.
