A leading digital consultancy in the UK is seeking a User Researcher who will play a key role in defining approaches for user experience research across various client assignments. The successful candidate will engage in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, and contribute to user-centered design practices. This role offers a base salary of up to £55,000 along with excellent benefits and the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment.

As a User Researcher at Triad, you will play a significant role in our client assignments. You will work to define a bespoke approach on client assignments to understand the user experience and bring this to the table for the best decisions on designing and delivering services. You will also define and develop the UX language at Triad to ensure our approach is industry‑leading.
