Senior User Researcher – Covenant Partners Realty

Location: Greater London, England, United Kingdom

Contract – Days per week: 4 days a week (Full time)

Salary: £575 to £650 per day, Outside IR35

Key Responsibilities

• Lead research planning, method selection and end-to-end delivery within agile teams
• Run programmes of research across several workstreams and translate findings into clear actions
• Facilitate workshops, shape discovery and alpha activity, and influence senior stakeholders
• Define research standards, processes and strategy for consistent, high quality output
• Coach and develop researchers and design colleagues, supporting capability growth
• Communicate insight clearly to drive prioritisation, design decisions and measurable value

Qualifications & Requirements

DV Cleared required. Candidates should have extensive experience in user research, strong facilitation skills, and a proven track record of influencing design and strategy in a multidisciplinary environment.
