A parking services provider in Stevenage is seeking a Civil Enforcement Officer to enforce parking regulations and provide guidance to the public. You will patrol streets and car parks, issue Penalty Charge Notices, and report on road safety issues. Responsibilities
- Patrol public streets and council car parks to issue Penalty Charge Notices.
- Provide guidance and support to residents and members of the public.
- Report defects to street furniture such as signs and road markings.
- Serve as the eyes and ears of the local area for public safety.
- Demonstrate excellent customer care.
Skills
Full Time, 25.5 hours per week. £16,933.02 per annum. Full Clean UK Driving Licence required.
- Patrol public streets and council car parks to issue Penalty Charge Notices, enforcing parking restrictions and advising the public on parking rules.
- Provide guidance and support to residents and members of the public, issuing advice and enforcing road‑traffic orders.
- Report defects to street furniture such as signs and road markings.
- Serve as the eyes and ears of the local area, ensuring public safety and keeping our roads moving.
- Demonstrate excellent customer care, conversing in a friendly and effective manner.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence.

The shift pattern is 25.5 hours per week, any three days of seven as per rota (Monday–Sunday).
