# Talent Acquisition Sourcer (FTC - 12 months)## Job Introduction**Main Responsibilities**The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will proactively support our TA Partner team in identifying, engaging, and pre-screening prospective candidates , with a strong focus on LinkedIn sourcing and market mapping for our branch network.* Review of direct applications against detailed briefings from Hiring Managers (HM) and Talent Acquisition Partners (TA Partner).* Conduct pre-screening calls, assessing candidates against agreed criteria and providing clear recommendations.* Proactively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, with a focus on talent mapping and succession pipelining for branch roles.* Promote Handelsbanken brand, values and culture to attract and inspire prospective candidates.* Build a strong understanding of branch banking role profiles to identify best-fit candidates.* Partner closely with TA Partners, attending kick-off meetings and contributing market insights to shape sourcing strategies.* Present quality candidates with compelling justifications for interview consideration.* Support the TA Partners in advertising roles .* Support drafting recruitment content on LinkedIn to promote company values and culture.* Adapt to shifting priorities, juggling multiple sourcing projects and providing ad-hoc sourcing support across the business where required.* Operates in line with the Bank's Risk Management framework (including sub-frameworks) and relevant risk and compliance policies and procedures, ensuring appropriate and timely escalation of any concerns to their line manager.**Ideal Candidate**Research (by Harvard University) shows that women are particularly likely to second guess themselves and not apply - so if you are worried you don't meet all the criteria, get in touch anyhow and let us do the worrying…* Proven experience in a sourcing-focused role (in-house or agency), ideally with high proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.* Strong track record in headhunting, talent mapping, and building talent pipelines.* Ability to quickly understand role profiles and industry nuances.* Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders constructively.* Strong organisational skills and adaptability to changing priorities.* Collaborative working style with a focus on partnership and shared success.* Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.**Company Information**Handelsbanken is a relationship bank with a decentralised way of working, a strong local presence thanks to a nationwide network of branches, and a long-term approach to customer relations.
