Job summary
A charity organization in the UK is seeking a Drive Case Manager to work flexibly across Herefordshire & Worcestershire. The role involves engaging with domestic abuse perpetrators to influence behavioral change and ensure victim safety through in-depth collaboration with agencies. Candidates should have experience with complex service users and a commitment to multi-disciplinary teamwork. Extensive training will be provided, with police vetting required for successful candidates.

- Passionate and committed to interventions with perpetrators of DVA.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with perpetrators to secure engagement and influence change.
- Collaborate with the Independent Domestic Violence Advisor to develop safety plans.
- Design coordinated intervention plans with existing agencies.
Skills
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term contract to 31/03/2026 with the possibility of extension

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within the organisation to deliver domestic abuse perpetrator case management interventions across Herefordshire & Worcestershire, as part of the Drive Project.
Drive is an innovative national project that aims to improve the lives and safety of victims and children, by holding high‑risk perpetrators to account. The project combines case management of perpetrators with a coordinated multi‑agency response. The project has been running in Worcestershire since Autumn 2018 and expanded to cover the Herefordshire area in 2021.
As Case Manager, you will strive to make contact and work on a one‑to‑one basis with perpetrators to pro‑actively secure engagement, influence attitudinal and behavioural change and link to complementary services and contribute to disrupt activities.
You will work closely with the Independent Domestic Violence Advisor to review risk, develop safety plans and improve outcomes for all parties ensuring the victims voice is considered.
You will work alongside existing agencies to design a coordinated, intervention plan, addressing identified needs and risks, and promoting understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours.
You will be passionate and committed to working within a multi-disciplinary team and will have will have a demonstrable track record of working with complex need service users to support people to live healthy, safe and happy lives.
We are looking to appoint to this role as soon as possible. Extensive training will be provided which may include the opportunity to gain accreditation for working with perpetrators of DVA.
Police vetting will be undertaken with the successful candidate.
