Job summary
A leading beauty retailer in Bromley is looking for a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and ensure an exceptional customer-first experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to analyze performance metrics, manage payroll budgets, and foster an inclusive environment. Qualifications

- Strong ability to understand and interpret commercial reports to drive business.
- Proven experience in coaching and developing team members.
Responsibilities
- Make sure a customer first experience is provided.
- Analyze sales performance data and take necessary actions.
- Manage team scheduling within budget constraints.
- Ensure stock file accuracy and adherence to policies.

- Managing stock file accuracy – adhering to all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss
- Ensuring team awareness of sales targets, ATV, AUS and conversion targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, focusing on their achievement
- Communicating clearly and concisely with all internal and external business partners to drive business opportunities
- Actively identifying innovative opportunities to maximise the business
- Confidently analysing all available business reports to review weekly, monthly and yearly performance
- Creating an inclusive, welcoming and approachable environment for employees to thrive in
