The hotel is currently operating under an exclusive use agreement from the Government and therefore our hotel operations may look slightly different to what you may be used to in a traditional hotel environment.

Working as a Commis Chef, you will play a central role supporting the Kitchen team prep and service work. You will be passionate about food and service, and flexible to work on different sections, where you will receive full on‑going training to support your development.

• Passionate about food and presentation
• To work flexibly (various shift patterns available)
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to cater to our residents' needs
• Monitoring portion and waste control
• Enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge
• Prepare, clean, and organize ingredients for use in the kitchen
• Help to maintain and adhere to strict health and safety procedures
• Good sense of planning and preparation for the day ahead.
