A leading childcare provider in the UK is looking for a Trainer Assessor to join their team. This field-based role involves visiting nurseries and delivering training sessions while ensuring the well-being of learners and children. The ideal candidate will have a DfE approved early years qualification and experience as an assessor. The position offers a salary of up to £33,000 per annum and includes benefits such as generous annual leave, childcare discounts, and well-being support.

Role: Trainer Assessor.
Location: Field‑based with regular visits to an allocated cluster of nurseries and our Head Office and Training Academy (in Newport Pagnell).
Contract: Permanent | 37.5 hours/week | 52 weeks/year.
Working pattern: Monday‑Friday.
Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum (pro‑rated) | Company car.
