Conducting detailed and accurate assessments of damaged vehicles using Audatex or similar systems
Preparing clear, cost-effective repair estimates in line with insurer and manufacturer guidelines
Collaborating with the workshop, parts, and customer service teams to ensure smooth repair processes
Communicating professionally with customers, insurers, and engineers regarding repair status and progress
Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly
Proven experience as a VDA/Estimator in the accident repair industry
ATA VDA accreditation (or working towards it)
Proficiency with Audatex and other estimating platforms
Strong communication and organisational skills
Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and professional integrity
