As a Tendering Engineer in our PPR (Pump, Parts & Retrofit) team, you’ll develop retrofit and upgrade solutions for pumps across the EMEA region, working on engineered-to-order projects that demand technical creativity and problem-solving. The PPR team delivers innovative solutions worldwide—manufacturing spare parts, duplicate pumps, and executing retrofits for OEM and non-OEM equipment. Our work includes hydraulic re-rates, mechanical redesigns, metallurgy upgrades, and reliability improvements, backed by in-house capabilities across Europe.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
This role is ideal for engineers with strong pump knowledge who want to make a real impact—supporting the energy transition and extending the life of critical rotating equipment. You’ll also benefit from global development opportunities, technical training, and a clear path to progress into leadership or specialist roles.

Applicants must be based in the UK to ensure connectivity with our central hub in Leeds and for required travel. We welcome candidates from outside the Leeds area who have strong expertise in pump and rotating equipment and can work remotely, provided they are willing and able to travel to Leeds or other UK sites when necessary
