A veterinary practice in Greater Manchester is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their dynamic team. The role involves admitting patients, assisting in surgeries, and providing high-quality care to various species. Ideal candidates should have a valid RVN qualification and strong communication skills. We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our dynamic small animal and exotics team!
Duties for this role will include; admits, assisting vets in surgery, anaesthesia, discharges, inpatient care, nurse clinics, consult team, pharmacy, ward nurse, recovery, countersigning the medication box, nurse messages and of course client care. This is a great opportunity to work with a wide variety of species, to a high standard, and be part of a friendly and supportive practice.
We are based at two sites; Chorlton and Sale, with our Avian and Exotic referral clinic at Chorlton. We are a supportive, caring, busy practice with fantastic teamwork. Our cases are varied, and so are the species of patients we care for. If you are looking for a position where no two days are the same, the patients come in literally all shapes and sizes, and you enjoy working within a friendly knowledgeable large team, this is the practice for you!
