Job summary

A leading global sourcing firm is seeking a Senior Sourcing Analyst to enhance their customer proposition for key accounts in Wakefield, UK. This position involves analyzing client spending, preparing quotes, and collaborating with the Strategic Sourcing team to develop pricing strategies for print and POS products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in purchasing and supply chain management along with excellent analytical and IT skills.

Qualifications

  • Mid-Senior level experience in supply chain management.
  • Prior experience in sourcing analysis or related fields is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead quote/tender processes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze client engagement teams' spending and product specifications.
  • Prepare and own quote/tender processes with suppliers.
  • Analyze data sets related to print products.
  • Develop product price rate cards focusing on Print and POS products.
  • Undertake additional projects for in-depth analysis.

Skills

Experience in large format temporary 2D and 3D POS products
Ability to read and understand POS technical drawings
Fluent in English
Logical and tenacious approach
Confident IT skills
High degree of accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent time management
Capacity to work under pressure
