If you fit one of the below profiles, we would love to hear from you!**Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:**## FPGA EngineerAs an FPGA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing FPGA applications focused on digital signal processing and communication protocols. You’ll create and execute test benches to validate performance and timing, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and systems engineers. Your role will involve optimizing designs for performance, power efficiency, and resource utilization, as well as debugging and troubleshooting complex FPGA implementations. Additionally, you’ll support the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to production deployment. Required Qualifications:* Bachelor’s in Electrical/Computer/Optical Engineering or related field* Proficiency in VHDL/Verilog and FPGA development tools* Strong grasp of digital signal processing and timing analysis* Experience with simulation and verification tools* Familiarity with telecom/networking protocols* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills## RF EngineerAs an RF Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and testing RF circuits and systems used in telecom and network equipment. Your work will involve performing RF simulations and lab validations, including analysis of S-parameters and noise figures. You’ll collaborate closely with hardware, software, and mechanical engineering teams to support product development and resolve technical issues. Additionally, you’ll document your designs and test procedures to ensure clarity and consistency throughout the development process.Required Qualifications:* Bachelor’s in Electrical or RF/Microwave Engineering* Solid understanding of RF fundamentals and electromagnetic theory* Experience with RF test equipment and simulation tools* High-frequency PCB design experience* Programming in MATLAB, Python* Strong analytical and design skills## AI Engineer (Generative AI & Data Science)As a GenAI Engineer, you will research, prototype, and develop generative AI solutions tailored for telecom applications. Your work will involve leveraging large language models (LLMs) and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph to build intelligent, scalable systems. You’ll apply ethical and safe AI design principles while collaborating within agile teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities.
