Job description

NDI® is removing the limits of video connectivity – powering sharing, collaboration, creation, and optimization through IP. As the leading standard for video-over-IP, NDI technology enables thousands of products and organizations to create better multimedia experiences, build more efficient workflows, and unlock entirely new AV use cases. As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how NDI is positioned and marketed across industries.

The goal of Product Marketing at NDI is simple yet ambitious: drive adoption and fuel growth by turning innovative IP video technology into clear, compelling value for users, partners, and the market at large. As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll not only execute best-practice processes, but also shape how NDI’s offerings are understood, adopted, and expanded across industries. You’ll be the key link between Product, R&D, and our go-to-market teams – ensuring that the benefits, ROI, and transformative potential of NDI are unmistakable in every message, campaign, and partner conversation.

This is also a role of possibility: NDI is in a period of rapid evolution and global growth, and part of your mission will be to help define what success looks like and chart the path to get there.

Responsibilities
  • Own go-to-market strategy for NDI products and solutions, including positioning, messaging, and launch execution
  • Translate technology into value by creating clear narratives, customer stories, and use cases that resonate with partners, users, and internal teams
  • Drive adoption and growth through strategic marketing programs, campaigns, and enablement initiatives
  • Enable the field and partners with compelling content, sales tools, and training that communicate ROI and benefits of adopting NDI
  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform product strategy and ensure NDI’s differentiation is clear
  • Measure and optimize impact of product marketing activities, ensuring visibility of results to stakeholders
  • Act as the voice of the customer and the partner within the organization, advocating for their needs and shaping product-market fit
Tasks and Duties
  • Drive product launches end-to-end, leading campaign execution across channels (digital, events, PR, social, partner marketing)
  • Create and deliver marketing assets such as messaging frameworks, product collateral, case studies, web content, and sales enablement tools
  • Develop vertical-specific use cases and stories (broadcast, enterprise AV, education, etc.) to expand NDI adoption in new markets
  • Act as the key contact between Product/R&D and go-to-market teams, ensuring sales and marketing have complete visibility into release schedules, roadmaps, and feature updates
  • Partner with Demand Generation to design and optimize campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and qualified pipeline
  • Produce launch kits and release deliverables (feature briefs, customer-ready content, internal FAQs) to ensure consistent communication of product updates
  • Conduct win/loss and customer feedback analysis to refine messaging and uncover growth opportunities
  • Track and report on campaign performance, using data to inform future programs and demonstrate ROI
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform positioning and keep NDI ahead of the curve
  • Collaborate with developer relations and technical teams to ensure integrators and third‑party developers have clear positioning, documentation, and value narratives for building on NDI
Sales enablement
  • Translate product features into clear customer and partner value, creating messaging and narratives that align with outcomes and purchasing processes
  • Produce and maintain sales collateral (presentations, playbooks, one‑pagers, battlecards, ROI tools) and track usage/effectiveness with CRM and analytics
  • Equip sales and channel partners with enablement materials (sales kits, demo scripts, customer‑facing presentations, diagrams, videos) that make it easier to position and sell NDI
  • Collaborate with OEM and ecosystem partners on co‑marketing and enablement programs that highlight NDI apps, tools, and SDKs
  • Source and amplify customer stories and advocates, turning use cases into proof points that strengthen sales conversations
  • Support sales readiness efforts by contributing positioning, messaging, and value props for training sessions and workshops led in partnership with sales leadership
  • Develop demo narratives, scripts, and supporting content to ensure tradeshows, partner events, and live engagements are consistent, compelling, and on‑message
  • Continuously optimize enablement content based on feedback from sales, partners, and customers
  • Evangelize NDI internally and externally, driving awareness of product developments and success stories across stakeholders
Market awareness
  • Elevate NDI’s visibility and influence in the industry by driving awareness of its role as the global standard for IP video
  • Position NDI as a thought leader by shaping narratives and participating in key industry conversations, events, and media opportunities
  • Showcase customer success and adoption through proof points, references, and case studies that highlight real‑world value
  • Continuously capture market insights to refine messaging, guide strategy, and ensure NDI stays ahead of industry trends
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in product marketing – background in B2B, B2C, or prosumer technology all welcome
  • Proven ability to craft go‑to‑market strategies, positioning, and messaging that drive adoption across different audiences
  • Familiarity with video technology, Pro AV, media, or adjacent industries is a plus, but not required
  • Strong skills in translating technical features into outcome‑focused customer value
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging both internal stakeholders and external audiences
  • Experience supporting ecosystem or partner‑driven products (OEMs, SDKs, integrations) is a bonus
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, evolving environment where success metrics and categories are still being defined
Supervision Received
  • Reports to the VP Solution Marketing
  • Operates with a high degree of independence in planning and executing product marketing initiatives
  • Receives strategic direction but is expected to drive go‑to‑market activities, launches, and adoption programs end‑to‑end
  • Works in close collaboration with Product, R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment
