Qualifications

• At least a year’s experience in a fast-paced financial services administration role.
• Experience of XPLAN is desirable.
• Good communication, literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with policy providers for policy details.
• Process new business applications and track completion.
• Coordinate wealth planner’s diaries and arrange client meetings.
• Prepare documentation for client appointments.
• Respond to email enquiries from clients.
