Qualifications

• Previous experience in a maintenance role.
• Experience with open and closed protocol BMS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Capable of managing multiple services simultaneously.
• Knowledge of CAFM Systems essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as focal point for the Shift Teams' daily activities.
• Coordinate maintenance activities in support of the Operations Manager.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
• Train shift teams on procedures and routines.
